At The Backyard Barrel, we take pride in providing high-quality cedar barrel saunas, rentals, and professional installation services. Because each service and product involves custom preparation, delivery, and significant time investment, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Sauna Rentals

Reservation Payment: Payment is required in full prior to the date of booking to secure your rental date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the rental date may be rescheduled once without penalty.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the rental date will forfeit the full rental fee.
Refunds: No cash refunds will be issued after a rental has begun.

2. Sauna Sales

Custom Orders: All sauna sales are final once payment is received. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Defects & Warranty: If your sauna arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the affected parts under our warranty terms.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases once materials or production have begun.
Completed Work: Once installation is completed and signed off by the client, no refunds will be issued.
Service Issues: If there are issues with the installation, we will address and correct them promptly to meet quality standards.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where The Backyard Barrel is unable to deliver the product or service as agreed, and no acceptable alternative can be provided.
