Customers must have a suitable, level base ready before installation and provide clear access for delivery and assembly. For electric models, a licensed electrician must prepare the required power supply and wiring before installation and complete the final connection once the sauna is assembled.

Customers are responsible for confirming local requirements and restrictions for wood-burning heaters before ordering, and obtaining any required permits or approvals before installation.
